Solar PV for Real Estate Professionals Workshop - DFW

Join us to learn about methods for appraising and selling  homes with solar, and dealing with questions from home buyers related to solar.

Fundamentals of solar energy equipment and how it operates will be covered from a non-technical perspective. Potential home buyers often ask “What about hail?”, “How do I use this equipment?”, “What maintenance is required?”, “Will my insurance cover this equipment?”, and “Who do I contact if something goes wrong?”. Answers to these and many other questions will be provided.

Trainer Biography: Dan Lepinski, PSC is a leading expert in the solar energy industry. Mr. Lepinski has over 40 years of experience designing solar PV systems and equipment. He serves on the UL Standards Technical Panel, the Solar Industry Task Force that interfaces with the National Fire Protection Association, and the Solar America Board for Codes and Standards. Mr. Lepinski has taught a variety of audiences and consulted on a variety of subjects and client projects pertaining to Solar PV.
